Very nice local grocery store
miner's store is not Wegman's nor is it Sam's Club. I like Minier's when I need baking supplies. Fresh bananas and the new pouches with vegetables are great, fast cooking and reasonable price. I love getting a quick meal at Minier's when my family is out of town. I feel the owners are truly involved in our 14814 neighborhood. They support little league, arctic league, and other service activities in our area. Elmira Heights Rotary gets special prices for Thanksgiving meal that we give to our friends in the neighbor. I find the staff to be very friendly My Euchre club loves the "Homemade Peanut butter Cookies" that I take for snacks All in all I find that Minier's Grocery Store fits my needs.
A bit expensive compared to the bigger stores, but the convenience of a small store and the friendly, helpful staff makes up for it. Love, love, love their huge cookies that are made in store.
One of the last country store left with great service and friendly service.Sick all big name stores with high prices,tops Wegmans walmarts.I try to avoid those stores ,i dislike helping stores that are not privately owned and are chains stores.Sad our little area got developed with all these chain stores 0ushing the small business owners out..i always enjoy miners were u see your fellow neighbors and see friendly smile ,from a person u havent seen it years.they take groceries to your car without extra markup on prices.They help you find your products without running around store hunting for a employee that willing help like walmarts does push the question off to the next person or when asking for help never worry here everyone treated the same service not like walmarts got get the non lazy workers to help here all employees help or they are booted to the curb.they give young kids jobs with desent hours not like walmarts..well i love this store and pray it stays for generations to come.I dont care about fancy facelifted stores i go for service and food,not to see updated shelves and fancy anything why waste money on looks ,its about service and quality that gets my bussiness.i not a snob that needs to keep up with fellow neighbors looks.society really wrong,i like the old fashion looks,not a modern person never will be.Keep prices low and not have us pay for modern looks...clean neat i exspect and good service.keep it up A+.
